The Organic Classroom - Print Edition

This is the first book we developed through workshops with Cape Flats teachers. Although it is based on the outdated Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) system, it is simple enough to still be relevant.  Designed to support the integration of Environmental Education into the Foundation Phase (Grade 1-3) and aiming to create more joyful and stimulating learning environment and boost nutrition through growing food.
